Alina's Bday celebration and Cell registration across sessions in behaving mice
In recent years, advances in optical imaging techniques have allowed to record the activity of hundreds to thousands of neurons simultaneously in behaving animals using two-photon calcium imaging. This optical approach facilitates within-subject analyses that quantify changes in neuronal activity under different experimental conditions over extended periods of time. Taking the opportunity of enjoying the tasty cake we brainstormed on how to process the images and extract the information on cellular activity.
