Dr Alina Karabchevsky: the new Advisor to the SPIE student chapter at BGU

Oug group leader Dr. Alina Karabchevsky has established the first SPIE student chapter in the Middle East back in 2011. Today, 16 November 2017 she was honored to become the Advisor of the SPIE student chapter at BGU. This is an interesting historical move and we are confident that our student chapter at BGU will be organising very soon new interesting events, competitions and inviting world-leading scientists to expand the horizons of SPIE student chapter members. We also wish the fruitful activities to the new President of the SPIE student chapter, PhD student Mr. Andrey Nazarov. Our best wishes to the leaving ex-Advisor of the SPIE student chapter Prof. Ibrahim Abdulhalim.
